Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and maintain AI-powered web applications and features, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Integrate leading LLMs and AI APIs, including platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar services, into production systems.
- Architect and build sophisticated AI workflows utilizing techniques like Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector databases, and AI agents.
- Design and develop robust backend APIs, seamlessly integrating AI functionality with existing systems and infrastructure.
- Work effectively with both structured and unstructured data sources to feed and train AI models.
- Collaborate closely with our cross-functional team on all stages of the development lifecycle, including architecture design, implementation, rigorous testing, and successful deployment.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI integrations, performance bottlenecks, and reliability concerns.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Must be currently based in the United States.
- Strong professional software development experience with a proven track record.
- Extensive hands-on experience with AI/LLM development, including practical application building.
- Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js/TypeScript.
- Demonstrated experience integrating LLM APIs into production-ready applications.
- Solid knowledge of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), embeddings, vector search, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
- Experience with modern frontend technologies such as React, Next.js, or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with APIs, databases, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Nice to Have: Experience with AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
- Nice to Have: Familiarity with OpenAI Agents SDK or other agentic AI frameworks.
- Nice to Have: Experience with vector database technologies such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, Elasticsearch, or pgvector.
- Nice to Have: Prior experience with specific cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
