We are seeking a talented Senior Full-Stack Engineer to contribute to high-impact projects and assist with the continuous expansion and optimization of our services in a frontier space. Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Work across the full lifecycle of projects, from scoping and technical roadmapping to production and deployment.
  • Actively participate in technical conversations, code reviews, and architectural decision-making.
  • Adapt to the demands of various projects and issues by working across the stack as needed.
  • Utilize Node.js frameworks (Nest JS, Hono, Express) to create and manage robust backend services.
  • Develop efficient front-end experiences using Next.js, React, and React Native.
  • Collaborate with design teams to implement our design system on both mobile and web platforms.
  • Create schemas, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity using relational databases (PostgreSQL).
  • Implement and uphold observability techniques, including distributed tracing, structured logging, and monitoring.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Several years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with Node.js backend development using frameworks like Nest JS, Express, or Hono.
  • Experience with Next.js and/or React Native for building production applications.
  • Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred), including data modeling and query optimization.
  • Familiarity with state management patterns and libraries (Redux or similar).
  • Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
  • Understanding of observability fundamentals: logging, tracing, metrics, and alerting.
  • Experience designing systems that scale—including caching strategies, async processing, and API design.
  • Proficiency with Git and modern CI/CD workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
