- You'll help create, manage and optimise content across the brand's website, marketplaces, email campaigns and marketing materials, ensuring everything is accurate, engaging and designed to drive traffic and conversion.
📌 Role Overview
Working closely with Ecommerce, Marketing and external partners, you'll support the delivery of high-quality digital content across multiple customer touchpoints. Your
🎯 Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Uploading and maintaining product listings across the website and third-party marketplaces.
- Ensuring product descriptions, imagery and specifications are accurate and consistent with brand guidelines.
- Creating and updating landing pages, promotional content and campaign assets.
- Supporting brochure content and ensuring product information is accurate and compliant.
- Optimising website content, meta titles and descriptions for SEO.
- Supporting keyword strategies and managing blog content.
- Using approved AI tools to improve the quality and effectiveness of content.
- Supporting seasonal campaigns, product launches and website updates.
- Monitoring content and product performance using Google Analytics and other digital tools.
- Supporting A/B testing and identifying opportunities to improve conversion.
- Working closely with Ecommerce, Marketing, Customer Service, Training and external agencies.
📋 Requirements & Qualifications
- You may currently be working as a Content Assistant, Ecommerce Assistant, Digital Marketing Assistant, Content Executive, Ecommerce Executive or Junior SEO Executive and be looking for your next opportunity.
- Previous experience within ecommerce, digital marketing or content.
- Strong written communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
- An understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Experience using a CMS and updating website content.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar reporting tools.
- Some knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Experience with tools such as Photoshop or Canva.
- An understanding of UX and conversion optimisation.
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- A proactive, collaborative and problem-solving approach.
- Experience with platforms such as Salesforce or Marketing Cloud would be advantageous but isn't essential.
