- AI & LLM Engineering Develop AI-powered features using foundation-model APIs.
- Build LLM-based workflows and intelligent application components.
- Implement structured outputs and tool calling.
- Ensure AI systems are reliable, scalable, and maintainable.
- RAG & Knowledge Systems Design and develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Build knowledge retrieval pipelines based on approved professional content.
- Implement vector search and metadata filtering.
- Ensure AI-generated responses are grounded in reliable and validated sources.
- Assessment & Competency Intelligence Contribute to the development of competency models linking exams, domains, competencies, concepts, questions, and candidate performance.
- Develop systems for analyzing candidate performance.
- Support the development of dynamic readiness and competency profiles.
- Use performance data to improve candidate personalization.
- Adaptive Learning Develop mechanisms that determine what a candidate should practice next.
- Take into account competency gaps, previous performance, exam weighting, uncertainty, and recency.
- Contribute to personalized learning and recommendation systems.
- AI Tutor Develop AI-powered explanations for candidate answers.
- Help identify the reasons behind incorrect answers.
- Detect potential misconceptions.
- Generate personalized recommendations for further learning.
- AI-Assisted Assessment Develop AI-assisted workflows for creating and reviewing assessment questions.
- Structure questions and related metadata.
- Support quality-control and expert-validation processes before content publication.

📋 Requirements & Qualifications
- We are looking for an AI Engineer with strong hands-on experience in developing AI-powered applications and intelligent software systems.
- Relevant experience includes: Generative AI / LLM application development AI Engineering or Machine Learning Engineering RAG and knowledge retrieval Python and/or Node.js / Type Script LLM APIs Vector databases / vector search Backend and API development Postgre SQLAWS / Cloud AI agents, structured outputs, or tool calling Recommendation or personalization systems Experience in Ed Tech, professional learning, assessment platforms, adaptive learning, or recommendation systems would be an advantage.
